Key Accountabilities
- Lead and participate in full life-cycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financials for Projects (PJM).
- Analyze business processes and requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions to enhance financial operations and reporting.
- Configure Oracle EBS financial modules to meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions where necessary.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of Oracle Financial applications. Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance teams, IT departments, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Implement industry best practices to optimize financial processes and systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ERP implementation functionally, with a focus on EBS R12.
- Successfully completed at least one full life-cycle Oracle EBS implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and PJM.
- Oracle certifications in financial modules are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
