Job Context: The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the fast-food restaurant, ensuring efficient functioning, high-quality service, and adherence to company standards. This position involves managing various aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and overall performance. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including kitchen and service personnel.
  • Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operation.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees for continuous improvement.
  • Address any staff-related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food supplies and equipment.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize expenses while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Monitor food preparation and service to ensure adherence to recipes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenues.
  • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while maintaining quality.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
  • Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven 10-15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and restaurant management software.
