As an Executive Search Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our clients and delivering high-quality executive search and recruitment services. You will work closely with senior management and HR teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure the successful placement of top-tier candidates.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with high-quality service.
- Conduct executive searches to identify, attract, and recruit top-level talent for clients.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to source and screen potential candidates.
- Provide clients with regular updates and reports on the progress of search assignments.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability for executive roles.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and client business strategies to effectively tailor search efforts.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client and candidate interactions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful executive placements.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
