Operation Manager - Retail | Saudi Arabia

The Operations Manager plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations and driving branch expansion across the Kingdom. This position ensures operational excellence, efficiency, and consistent service quality across all brands and locations.  

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

• Oversee and streamline daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company standards and business objectives.

• Develop and implement organizational structures that support branch expansion and operational scalability.

• Standardize and continuously improve operational processes, policies, and procedures across all units.

• Monitor performance through KPIs, operational reports, and on-site evaluations to ensure accountability and excellence.

• Establish and enforce compliance systems for food safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

• Lead the successful rollout of new branches, ensuring timely openings and seamless integration into operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure effective coordination and resource utilization.

• Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.

• Coach and develop branch management teams to foster strong leadership and performance-driven culture.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management within the food & beverage or café industry, including at least 2 years in a fast-growing, multi-branch environment.
• Proven track record in successfully managing the opening of multiple branches within a short time frame.
• Strong strategic and operational planning capabilities with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Ability to manage and lead diverse teams across multiple locations under pressure.
• High proficiency in branch management systems, performance reporting, and POS platforms.
• Advanced knowledge in inventory and cost control in rapidly expanding environments.
