The Operations Manager oversees the successful execution of daily operations and branch expansions within the F&B sector. This role ensures operational excellence, team performance, and consistent service quality across all locations.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Developing and updating organizational structures to match the requirements of branch expansion and identify necessary staffing at each phase.
- Developing and implementing standardized operational policies and procedures across new and existing branches.
- Monitoring performance through KPIs, reports, and branch evaluations to drive operational excellence and accountability.
- Developing internal audit systems to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising on quality or customer service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management within the food & beverage or café industry, including at least 2 years in a fast-growing, multi-branch environment.
- Proven track record in successfully managing the opening of multiple branches within a short time frame.
- Strong strategic and operational planning capabilities with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Ability to manage and lead diverse teams across multiple locations under pressure.
- High proficiency in branch management systems, performance reporting, and POS platforms.
- Advanced knowledge in inventory and cost control in rapidly expanding environments.
