Responsible for managing the company’s online sales platform, driving digital revenue, optimizing customer experience, and overseeing daily e-commerce operations. Must have strong expertise in leading high-traffic online stores (e.g., Nice One, similar platforms).
Manage end-to-end online store operations and P&L.
Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategy to increase traffic, conversion, and AOV.
Oversee product catalog, pricing, promotions, and online merchandising.
Work closely with marketing on campaigns, performance ads, CRM, and retention strategies.
Monitor KPIs: GMV, ROI, CAC, conversion rate, bounce rate.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Manage platform integrations, UX improvements, and technical enhancements.
Analyze customer insights to improve user journey and sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales with strong exposure to high-volume platforms in Saudi Arabia.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or fragrances preferred.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
