A National Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across all regions within a country. The role focuses on achieving national sales targets, developing strategies to grow market share, managing regional sales teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement the national sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage regional sales teams across multiple cities.
- Set and monitor sales KPIs to ensure consistent performance across all regions.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand market share.
- Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align on commercial goals.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or national role.
- Strong track record in retail, distribution, or FMCG sectors within Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple regions and deliver measurable growth.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
