As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will design, configure, customize, and support CRM solutions to meet business requirements and deliver effective software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with hands-on experience in C#, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, and system integrations. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, developing and customizing CRM solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business goals.

Key Accountabilities
- Analyze, gather, and document business and technical requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Conduct workshops and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and other system components.
- Develop and implement custom CRM solutions using C#, JavaScript, and .NET to extend system functionality and meet specific business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
- Design and support data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, mapping, and integrity checks.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using RESTful APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support, addressing user queries and resolving system-related issues.
- Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including system configurations, customizations, processes, user manuals, and training materials.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions are aligned with business objectives and requirements.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices, development standards, and implementation methodologies.
- Support continuous improvement of CRM solutions by identifying opportunities for system enhancements, process optimization, and improved user experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, CRM Developer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
- Previous experience within BFSI, banking, financial services, or insurance.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, middleware, and system integration techniques.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with data migration, data validation, and data cleansing.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, business users, and technical teams.
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing and fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements and priorities.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certification is a plus.
