As a Mechanical BIM Engineer MEP / Architecture / Structure), you will play a key role in driving BIM standards, ensuring data integrity, and enabling collaborative, model-based workflows across multidisciplinary engineering environments.
Key Accountabilities
- Leading BIM modelling and coordination for Revit MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines across building and infrastructure projects.
- Developing BIM content libraries, automated data outputs, and structured reporting to support engineering and commercial decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with BIM standards, MEP coordination principles, and model data management protocols.
- Defining and managing project-specific LOD requirements — including development from LOD 300 to LOD 400, and integration of COBie and asset data to support LOD 500 delivery.
- Supporting BIM implementation and delivery across multidisciplinary project environments, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in BIM execution.
- Applying ISO and UK BIM Framework standards, including ISO 19650, PAS 1192-2, and BS 1192.
- Leading Asset Information Model (AIM) workflows, including COBie deliverables, O&M integration, and asset tagging for digital handover.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry with proven BIM implementation exposure.
- Strong mechanical background with hands-on BIM modelling experience across Revit MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines.
- Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) — with working knowledge of Synchro or other 4D planning tools preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital workflows, multidisciplinary collaboration, and model-based project coordination.
