The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the commercialization of value-added industrial minerals, positioning the products as cost-effective alternatives (talc and kaolin) across industries such as Paints, Paper, and Plastics.
The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new market opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the company’s presence across the GCC region.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute regional sales & marketing strategies across GCC
- Expand into new industries (Paint, Paper, Plastics, etc.)
- Lead technical sales discussions with R&D and production teams
- Build and manage key accounts and long-term contracts
- Identify market opportunities and optimize pricing strategies
- Represent the company in industry events and exhibitions
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 10+ years in industrial B2B sales/marketing
- Experience in Paint, Paper, or Polymer industries
- Background in Chemical Engineering / Materials / Chemistry
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial minerals
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Strategic and growth-oriented mindset
