The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on digital marketing, market research, and campaign management.

Key Accountabilities

The role includes:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline, events) to promote products and services.
  • Oversee brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence including website, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and procurement teams to support launches, promotions, and key initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail, sanitary, lighting, or home improvement industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience in content creation, branding, and campaign management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
