About the Role
Our client is a pioneering online marketplace for agricultural products in the MENA region, connecting retailers and farmers with trusted suppliers of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming equipment. The Marketing Manager will drive the company’s marketing strategy, campaigns, and communications across physical and digital channels. This role combines analytical marketing insight with creative execution, ensuring that every initiative strengthens brand awareness, generates engagement, and delivers measurable business results.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven marketer with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, capable of translating business goals into impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the company’s growth, sales, and brand objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, paid media, SEO, email, content) and physical channels (events, trade shows, retail activations).
- Manage PR and corporate communications, building strong relationships with media outlets and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee content strategy to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all touchpoints—website, social media, advertising, and offline materials.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to align marketing initiatives with business goals and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring high ROI on all initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on marketing and agricultural industry trends, leveraging innovative approaches to strengthen market presence.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing management or strategic marketing roles, ideally within e-commerce, agribusiness, or tech-driven industries.
- Proven track record in digital and offline campaign management, brand communication, and PR.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media, and email automation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
