The Marketing & Communication Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing, branding, communications, public relations, social media, and digital marketing strategies. The role aims to strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, increase market share, and support revenue growth across all retail channels. The Director will lead the marketing team and collaborate closely with executive management, operations, merchandising, and external agencies to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand management and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Manage social media strategy, content, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Develop and implement PR and media relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize results.
- Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and internal teams.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, and brand management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, PR, brand management, and marketing analytics.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
