Job Role: Managing the maintenance activities of industrial equipment, including preventive and corrective programs, ensuring high equipment availability and operational efficiency.
Work Location: Jubail & Yanbu | Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot failures.
- Manage and supervise maintenance technicians.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Develop and update maintenance SOPs and checklists.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment history.
- Enforce safety compliance and support asset reliability programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is preferred.
- Preferred experience in shutdowns and turnaround projects or similar industrial operations.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and equipment reliability practices.
- Strong diagnostic and technical reporting skills.
