Job Context: Working as an Operator entails: Performing production processes to ensure high-quality output, and maintaining compliance with all operational and safety standards.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Assembling, cleaning, and operating machinery according to standards.
- Verifying the receipt of correct materials for production.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, EHS, plant hygiene, and manufacturing SOPs.
- Identifying defects and ensuring manufactured products meet quality standards.
- Performing in-process quality checks and documenting all activities promptly.
- Maintaining full attention to machinery operation and notifying supervisors of issues.
- Reconciliation of input and output quantities and adhering to supervisor instructions.
- Performing any other production-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Diploma in science or related discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering) or Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience in production department and in similar position.
- Good command of English language, and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
