Key Accountabilities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) processes.
- Uphold fiduciary responsibilities for the local legal entities and local division, ensuring compliance with all ABB standards and local regulations.
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of the ABB Way and other corporate measures within the division.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and talent mobility across the local organization.
- Represent the division locally and manage external relationships with associations, government bodies, and significant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain local governance aligned with legal and corporate requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop direct and indirect team members in line with HR policies and business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Automation).
- Preferably holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial Engineering.
- 15+ years of senior-level experience with a reputable player in the industry.
- Experience in the KSA Market is Mandatory.
- Proven industry expertise in gas/liquid analysis and experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochem sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in line management or indirect team management roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to shift between operational and strategic focus.
- High proficiency in Arabic & English (verbal and written).
- Background in sales, marketing, or product management functions.
