As the Learning and Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s talent development strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing L&D programs, driving organizational development initiatives, and overseeing the performance management framework to align with business goals and enhance employee performance and engagement.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Designing and implementing learning strategies and programs that address current and future business needs.
- Developing organizational development initiatives, including culture-building, leadership development, and change management programs.
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
- Identifying skill gaps and working cross-functionally to implement targeted training solutions.
- Collaborating with department heads to ensure training and development programs are aligned with company strategy and operational goals.
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Managing the L&D budget, vendor selection, and external training partnerships.
- Establishing internal career development frameworks and succession planning strategies.
- Supporting employee engagement, motivation, and retention through tailored development pathways.
- Driving a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Performance Management Systems (PMS)—preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning tools.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing OD and talent development strategies.
- Proficiency in creating and managing performance management frameworks.
- Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation abilities.
- Fluent in English.
