We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Supervisor to lead and develop key customer relationships while supervising the sales team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have solid FMCG experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales performance.

Key Accountabilities:

Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance, achieve assigned sales targets, and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity, performance, and customer service standards.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential key accounts while expanding the customer portfolio.

Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular customer visits, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and market opportunities to support business growth.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, account reviews, and market insights for management.

Key Deliverables:

Achieve sales targets, strengthen relationships with key accounts, expand business opportunities, improve team performance, and provide accurate sales reports and market analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor handling Key Accounts.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.
  • Gulf experience is preferred, especially in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and account development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
