The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless system performance across all branches, and providing technical support to employees. The role involves overseeing POS systems (especially Foodics), maintaining data security, and supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure across all company branches and headquarters.
• Provide prompt technical support to employees and resolve daily technical issues efficiently.
• Supervise the Point of Sale (POS) systems—particularly Foodics—ensuring high system performance and reliability.
• Train staff on new and existing IT systems, tools, and procedures.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, recommending improvements when needed.
• Ensure proper execution of data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
• Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Foodics or similar POS systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac), networking, and information security.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
