The Investment and Financial Analyst position entails supporting the company's financial planning, investment analysis, and decision-making processes. The role involves evaluating financial data, analyzing market trends, assessing investment opportunities, and preparing financial models to support the organization's operational and growth objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate financial strategies.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze financial statements, investment opportunities, and market trends to support strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, returns, and risks
- Prepare investment memos, feasibility studies, and financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze company financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Assist in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business opportunities
- Perform industry and competitor analysis to identify market trends and benchmarking data
- Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior management and board meetings
- Support treasury activities including cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis as needed
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards
- Collaborate with accounting, project management, and operations teams to gather financial data
- Participate in due diligence processes for new projects and investments
- Develop and maintain financial databases and reporting systems
- Assist in risk assessment related to financial and investment decisions
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or corporate finance
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is required
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
- IFRS knowledge is a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
