As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, and support talent management initiatives that align with the company’s growth and Vision 2030 objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HRDF requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Manage personnel files, HRIS, and employee records.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving HR inquiries and issues.
- Prepare regular HR reports and support audits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or investment sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, payroll software).
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
