Join the dynamic team of a leading HR services and consulting firm as an HR Operations Sector Partner. In this role, you will lead and manage the entire HR Operations Sector, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR operational services to clients. You will drive sector performance to achieve company objectives, supervise all sector employees, develop strategic client relationships, and contribute to business expansion.
• Set the sector's annual operational plan and KPIs aligned with the company strategy, monitor progress, and report to the Sr. Partner - HR & People Services.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate all sector employees, ensuring proper onboarding, training, and succession planning.
Ensure all client deliverables are completed with a high level of accuracy and with zero recurring errors.
Act as an escalation point for major client issues, drive client satisfaction, and identify and lead cross-selling opportunities and new service offerings for existing clients.
Ensure full compliance with social legislation.
Foster a positive work environment, implement individual development plans (IDPs) for all staff, and ensure skill enhancement to meet market changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
More than 8 to 10 years of experience.
Expert knowledge of HR operations, procedures, and related legislation.
Mastery of data analysis and reporting.
Mastery of client management.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
