An HR Manager – Transformation leads the development and execution of human resources strategies that drive organizational transformation, enhance employee experience, and support business growth. The role focuses on modernizing HR practices, implementing digital HR solutions, and aligning HR operations with the company’s strategic direction.
Lead HR transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Oversee change management programs to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring, new system implementations, or process improvements.
Drive the adoption of HR digitalization tools, including HRIS, automation, and data analytics for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and roll out policies that support a high-performance culture.
Analyze workforce data and market trends to improve HR strategies and support business growth.
Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring strong capability building and continuous improvement.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development frameworks to ensure alignment with transformation goals.
Partner with different business units to ensure HR initiatives are integrated across the company.
Stay updated on HR best practices, Saudization requirements, and new trends in the Saudi retail sector.
We are Looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or HR certifications preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on HR transformation or organizational development.
Strong experience in the Saudi market and deep understanding of labor laws and Saudization.
Proven expertise in HR digital transformation, HRIS implementation, and process optimization.
Solid experience in change management, restructuring, and building scalable HR frameworks.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to design innovative HR solutions tailored to the Saudi retail environment.
Familiarity with performance management systems, talent development programs, and employee engagement methodologies.
