As an HR Consultant is a professional who provides expert advice and solutions to organizations to help them manage their workforce more effectively to support our esteemed clients in optimizing talent, improving HR policies, and aligning workforce strategies with business goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and align HR strategies with organizational goals, including recruitment, job analysis, performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Create and update HR documentation, such as employee handbooks, policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
- Design and implement HR systems and programs, including training, leadership development, and competitive benefits packages.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workplace culture, conflict resolution, and morale improvement.
- Consult across diverse industries, supporting clients with tailored HR solutions and organizational development.
Knowlage, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- 8+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on consulting or strategic HR roles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Hands on experience with human resource software programs (ATS, Payroll etc.)
- Hands on experience with preparing business plans
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management and organizational development expertise.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHRI, or equivalent are highly desirable.
