Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking seasoned HR Consultants to contribute their expertise to impactful projects with esteemed Saudi companies.  

Job Context: Working as HR Consultant entails advising companies on a wide range of issues involving its workforce to ensure a perfect alignment with their vision and strategic objectives. 

Key Accountabilities 

Upon request by Rawaj-HCM, the job involves:

  • Advising management on the administration of Human Capital policies and procedures.
  • Taking responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource-related projects.
  • Conducting research, tracking, and analyzing metrics, and suggesting insights to improve decision-making.
  • Advising our clients about any recurring issues and problems.
  • Helping HR professionals in recruiting, training, and managing employees.
  • Creating and designing plans for applying new techniques for driving change in HR processes.
  • Suggesting and managing implementation of suitable HR technology for business advancement.
  • Keeping abreast with new trends and advancements in the human resources field.

Key Competencies 

  • Previous experience working as HR consultant for at least 5 years
  • Expertise in HR operations, procedures and best practices
  • Proven research and analysis skills
  • Hands on experience with human resource software programs (ATS, Payroll etc.)
  • Hands on experience with preparing business plans
  • Analytical thinker problem-solver
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and consulting skills
  • A team player with excellent leadership skills
