As an HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. The role focuses on driving strategic HR initiatives, optimizing talent management, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws, and fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Overseeing performance appraisal systems to ensure fair, transparent, and consistent evaluations.
- Managing compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a professional and confidential manner.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout all HR and administrative functions.
- Developing and implementing training and development programs to enhance staff performance and retention.
- Supporting current and future business needs through effective employee engagement and motivation.
- Maintaining HR documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaising with government authorities to meet all statutory requirements (social insurance, labor office, etc.).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, within the construction or contracting industry in Egypt.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law, HR best practices, and payroll systems.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office applications.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
