As the GRC Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of GRC strategies for a diverse set of clients. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure their businesses are not just compliant, but resilient and risk-aware. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Drafting policies and procedures for various departments in alignment with recognized governance standards.
- Supporting the development of the enterprise-wide risk register and risk assessment methodology.
- Identifying and analyzing internal control gaps and recommending improvements.
- Ensuring policy and procedure alignment with relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Preparing governance, risk, and compliance documentation and reports in professional Arabic.
- Designing formal PowerPoint presentations and reports to support project milestones and senior-level communications.
- Writing structured documents tailored for executive and audit committee-level audiences.
- Coordinating meetings and preparing formal documentation and minutes.
- Contributing to the development of a clear and actionable GRC implementation roadmap.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in governance, internal audit, risk management, and compliance.
- Prior experience at one of the Big Four professional services firms is required.
- Exposure to the Saudi market is a big plus.
- Possession of professional certifications in governance, risk, or compliance (e.g., GRC, CRMA, CCSA, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to draft high-quality Arabic policies and procedures tailored to business operations.
- Strong writing and analytical skills with experience in preparing reports, matrices, and operational documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is essential.
- Ability to work under supervision with a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and professionalism.
