About the Role
Our client is a pioneering online marketplace for agricultural products in the MENA region, with a mission to connect retailers and farmers with suppliers, offering a wide range of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming equipment. They aim to enhance the agricultural industry's digital connectivity, making it easier for farmers to access high-quality products at competitive prices.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key player in our marketing team, responsible for creating visually compelling designs for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and various marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and other promotional content. This role demands a versatile designer who is comfortable working with different styles and can produce both static and dynamic content. .
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visuals and videos for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Create marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, promotional content, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that fulfill business and marketing goals.
- Maintain flexibility and creativity to adapt designs to various styles and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices for social media and marketing content.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple design disciplines.
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in design styles, particularly in social media and marketing content creation.
- Experience designing both static and dynamic content for diverse platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
