As a Governance Manager, is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures within the organization. This role aims to ensure compliance, improve transparency, and align organizational practices with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop policies, regulations, and procedures to align with organizational governance standards.
- Monitor organizational performance and conduct audits and reviews related to good governance practices.
- Evaluate the organization’s performance in accordance with Ministry of Human Resources standards and present the final evaluation results to the CEO.
- Promote awareness among all employees regarding governance culture and be prepared to address any questions they may have.
- Present the latest practices and developments in governance to the organization's team.
- Prepare all reports and presentations related to governance.
- Propose new ideas to regulatory bodies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- Organize tasks and complete them on time while paying attention to details.
- Respond to changes positively and be willing to learn new methods to achieve work activities and goals.
- Act appropriately and remain neutral in ambiguous situations.
