Location: Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia
The General Manager will have full responsibility for the company’s overall performance, including profit and loss management, strategy, manufacturing operations, commercial growth, product development, customer relationships, organizational capability and regulatory compliance.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategy and annual operating plan.
- Take full responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow and budget performance.
- Lead sales growth across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and selected export markets.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners.
- Improve pricing, product mix, margins and customer profitability.
- Oversee manufacturing operations, quality, maintenance and production planning.
- Improve plant productivity, capacity utilization, yield and cost efficiency.
- Ensure reliable procurement, inventory control and supply-chain performance.
- Lead new-product development and technical-service initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Build, develop and retain a high-performing leadership team.
- Provide regular business updates and recommendations to the Board.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 12-15 years of relevant experience, including senior leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience managing a profit-and-loss function within chemicals, paints, coatings, pigments, inks, plastics or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong commercial, operational and financial-management capabilities.
- Experience in manufacturing optimization, business development and supply-chain management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
