As a Fleet Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and maintaining customer relationships to increase fleet sales and meet revenue targets. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth targets and sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expense budgets to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging markets, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to drive business success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
