As a Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive the company’s growth and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, considering a business scale of approximately SAR 300 million turnover.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, IFRS standards, and internal control procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, performance reports, and variance analysis for management and board review.
- Monitor and manage financial risks, including loan portfolios (approx. SAR 500 million) and capital structure, ensuring financial stability.
- Oversee asset management and utilization efficiency for assets valued at approximately SAR 500 million.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and strategic initiatives within the telecommunications environment.
- Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and transparency.
- Optimize cost structures, enhance operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s, CPA, or CMA is preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the telecommunications or large-scale corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations.
- Proven experience managing financials for medium to large organizations (turnover, assets, and loans of significant scale).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines with high accuracy.
