As a Finance Manager, you will play a central role in driving the financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company's growth — including preparation for IPO and long-term financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the provision and interpretation of financial information.
- Follow up on all changes related to legislation and financial regulations.
- Monitor all cash flows, contribute to forecasting future trends, analyze changes and provide advice.
- Pursue appropriate opportunities to reduce financial costs. • Interest in managing financial accounting systems.
- Preparing long-term strategic operation plans.
- Reporting the influences affecting the nature of work performance.
- Interest in studying market trends and analyzing competing establishments.
- Ensure the development and improvement of the mechanisms applied in the financial management; This contributes to reducing risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CMA, CPA, or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 10-12 years of finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B or retail sector
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi tax laws, banking regulations, and accounting standards
- Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Proficient with ERP systems and financial accounting software
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities
