The Finance Manager will lead and oversee all financial operations for large-scale construction and engineering projects, The role requires strong financial leadership, strategic planning capability, and proven experience managing substantial budgets within large organizations.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with company strategy.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, project budgets, and cost control.
- Deliver timely financial reports and support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Ensure strong financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15–20 years of progressive finance experience.
- Proven experience working in large-scale companies with substantial budgets (mandatory).
- Experienced in construction, engineering, or energy industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost control, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience managing large teams and financial systems.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
