The Executive office manager will be responsible for directly support the CEO and oversee executive office operations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic coordination, and the ability to represent the CEO professionally in meetings and business communications when needed.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee the CEO’s office operations, daily priorities, and executive schedule.
- Coordinate strategic meetings, executive communications, and follow-up actions on behalf of the CEO.
- Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when required, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, business summaries, and meeting materials.
- Follow up with departments and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives and decisions.
- Act as the main liaison between the CEO, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and business awareness.
- Monitor strategic projects, executive commitments, and leadership engagements to ensure smooth progress and operational efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Executive Office Management, CEO Office, or senior executive support roles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to represent executive leadership professionally.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to manage high-level interactions confidently.
- Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive reporting tools.
- Experience working closely with C-level executives is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities effectively.
