The Executive Office Manager will provide direct support to the CEO and oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office. The role requires strong leadership, strategic coordination, and the ability to represent the CEO professionally in meetings and business communications when needed. The position will ensure effective coordination between the CEO, senior management, internal departments, and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee the CEO’s office operations, daily priorities, and executive schedule.
- Coordinate strategic meetings, executive communications, and follow-up actions on behalf of the CEO.
- Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when required, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, business summaries, and meeting materials.
- Follow up with departments and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives and decisions.
- Act as the main liaison between the CEO, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and business awareness.
- Monitor strategic projects, executive commitments, and leadership engagements to ensure smooth progress and operational efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Executive Office Management, CEO Office, or senior executive support roles.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to represent executive leadership professionally.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
