Key Accountabilities
Lead daily operations and oversee execution of projects and programs
Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality standards
Manage budgets, procurement, vendors, and contracts
Drive governance, compliance, and risk management practices
Lead and develop high-performing teams
Monitor performance and submit executive reports to support decision-making
Enhance customer experience and measure social/educational impact
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
8–12 years of experience in operations or project management (3–5 years in leadership role)
Strong experience in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management
Experience in educational, training, or non-profit sector is a Must
Professional certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus
