The Director of Hospitality will Develop plans and procedures for hospitality operations within the entity in alignment with operational plans and set objectives and Monitor all approved processes and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources to guarantee smooth daily operations with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, establish, and coordinate operational plans and procedures for hospitality department staff, define roles and responsibilities, and distribute tasks accordingly.
Provide general oversight of hospitality teams' performance, ensure adherence to approved hospitality standards, monitor workflow and procedures, and verify that service levels meet established quality standards.
Monitor and evaluate the cleanliness of food and beverage preparation areas, ensuring full compliance with all hygiene, occupational safety, and relevant standards.
Oversee technical and periodic reports on operational challenges and issues, propose appropriate solutions, and recommend corrective actions.
Review and assess inventory levels of raw materials required for food and beverage preparation, and ensure their availability in sufficient quantities to prevent any shortages.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in hospitality operations within the relevant functional scope.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale hospitality operations with multiple properties or high-capacity facilities.
- Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah operational cycles, seasonal demand fluctuations, and crowd management logistics.
- Experience in leading and developing multicultural teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Expertise in quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies within food and beverage services.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (HACCP, ISO, or equivalent certifications).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems and ERP software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Micros, or similar).
