The DBA & SAP Basis Technical Lead (Enterprise Solution Architect) will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the organization’s SAP landscape, including SAP ECC and the transition to SAP S/4HANA. The role combines SAP architecture, Basis administration, and database management (Oracle & SAP HANA) to ensure high system availability, performance, and security.

Key Accountabilities:
- Design and maintain end-to-end SAP enterprise architecture across systems such as ECC, BW, PI/PO, and S/4HANA.
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA migration program, including system readiness, data migration, and landscape setup.
- Manage SAP Basis operations including system configuration, transports, monitoring, and patching.
- Administer and optimize Oracle, MS SQL, and SAP HANA databases, ensuring performance and stability.
- Develop and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, IT policies, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support incident resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation, architecture designs, and audit-related requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Basis, DBA, or SAP technical architecture roles.
- Proven experience with SAP ECC and leading SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle DBA and SAP HANA database administration.
- Deep understanding of SAP landscapes, integrations (IDoc, RFC, APIs, PI/PO), and performance tuning.
- Experience in high availability, clustering, backup/restore, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
