Key Accountabilities 

  • Oversee the implementation of guiding and strategic principles across a variety of creative projects, supervising them to completion and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with executive management to fully comprehend the scope and nuances of client requirements.
  • Provide direction and motivation to a diverse team, including art directors, illustrators, and content writers, encouraging effective utilization of individual talents.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to cultivate a flow of innovative and creative ideas within the team.
  • Develop and articulate concepts that meet client needs while fostering the growth and development of the organization.
  • Review, evaluate, and decisively approve or provide constructive feedback on content and design elements, guiding the team towards excellence.
  • Conduct training sessions and offer mentorship to staff, aiming to bolster team performance and skill sets.
  • Track and assess the team's output and collaborative efforts, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement and efficiency.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with an aptitude for delegating tasks effectively among team members.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the media field, with a strong background in a similar creative leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading a creative team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a portfolio that showcases successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to utilize insights to drive creative decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • In-depth understanding of the creative process, and ability to guide projects from concept to completion.
  • A leader who can nurture talent, drive innovation, and maintain a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
