About the Role 

Our client is a pioneering online marketplace for agricultural products in the MENA region, with a mission to connect retailers and farmers with suppliers of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming equipment. By enhancing digital connectivity and providing access to high-quality products at competitive prices, they are transforming the agricultural industry.

The Creative Director will lead the company’s marketing strategy and creative direction, driving both physical and digital marketing initiatives. This is a marketing-focused leadership role that requires a solid design foundation to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Creative Director will oversee campaigns, PR, communications, and brand assets while also taking responsibility for selected design tasks such as social media content and the company portfolio.

This position bridges strategic marketing goals with creative execution, ensuring impactful storytelling, strong brand identity, and effective communication both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall marketing and creative direction of the brand across physical, digital, PR, and communication channels.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand values.
  • Direct and mentor creative, design, and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables while balancing design excellence with marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage PR initiatives, events, and offline marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute directly to design tasks such as social media visuals, branding assets, and the company portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, business development, operations) to ensure campaigns support go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging media channels, incorporating innovative approaches into campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in marketing and creative leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns across both physical and digital channels.
  • Solid design background, with the ability to evaluate and guide creative outputs; hands-on design skills a plus.
  • Expertise in PR, brand strategy, campaign development, and creative storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Commercially aware, capable of balancing creative innovation with business growth objectives.
