Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Analyze costs and prepare reports on food, beverage, and operational expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper valuation.
- Work with purchasing and operations teams to optimize inventory usage.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Provide insights into future cost trends and resource requirements.
- Investigate variances between actual costs and budgets, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations to manage portion sizes, reduce waste, and control ingredient costs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Minimum bachelor degree in accounting.
- 2-4 years of experience as cost accountant in food and beverages industry is a must.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
