Execute and manage all social insurance procedures for company clients, ensuring full compliance with regulations for both contractor and delegator cases.
Coordinate effectively with Account Managers to follow up on social insurance files and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Prepare and process official correspondence, contracting social insurance forms, and all required documentation.
Liaise directly with Contracting Social Insurance Offices to complete necessary procedures and resolve outstanding files.
Provide technical support in reviewing contracts from a social insurance perspective and participate in inspections.
Maintain and organize comprehensive tracking records and physical files to ensure efficient follow-up and data accuracy.
Monitor and resolve claims or observations issued by social insurance offices in coordination with relevant internal parties.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in social insurance, with a specific focus on contracting insurance.
Strong specialized knowledge of the Egyptian social insurance system, specifically regarding contractor and delegator regulations.
High proficiency in drafting official correspondence and managing complex documentation workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel) for data entry, reporting, and tracking.
Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a high level of attention to detail to ensure regulatory compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with government entities and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of files simultaneously and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
