Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.
Work Location: Dammam (Sites) - Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Provide clear direction and support to team members.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Identify and assess project risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
- Conduct safety meetings and audits.
- Procure materials and equipment as needed.
- Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in construction management, with a minimum of 12 years in the relevant field (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Safety certifications and training are a plus.
