It has diversified its project portfolio, spanning various sectors such as industrial, distribution, manufacturing, office, retail, recreational, healthcare, and commercial across the kingdom. 

Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.

Work Location: Dammam (Sites) - Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Provide clear direction and support to team members.
  • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
  • Identify and assess project risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
  • Conduct safety meetings and audits.
  • Procure materials and equipment as needed.
  • Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a minimum of 12 years in the relevant field (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Safety certifications and training are a plus.
