Key Accountabilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil engineering activities at project sites.
- Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of civil works (excavation, foundation, structure, etc.).
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and MEP engineers to ensure design alignment.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Manage subcontractors and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirements.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and proposing engineering solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and records for audits and client reviews.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Experience working in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
