We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous CFO for a prominent and leading retail company in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.
Work Location: Saudi Arabia.
The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, ensuring financial stability, and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process.
- Monitor financial performance and report on variances.
- Identify and manage financial risks.
- Oversee internal controls and financial procedures.
- Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial information at various meetings.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA).
- Minimum 15 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- Previous experience with IPO-listed companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in financial management and strategy.
- Knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
- Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
