The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will play a defining role in shaping the company’s commercial future, reporting directly to the CEO. The CCO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing operational excellence, and building a high-performing sales organization, requiring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Strategic Expansion: Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategies to expand market share and unlock untapped revenue streams.
P&L Ownership: Oversee company-wide P&L management, driving sustainable business growth, cost-efficiency, and long-term profitability.
Customer Experience: Lead the sales, service, and maintenance functions to optimize customer engagement and deliver a best-in-class client experience.
Operational Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal operations and supply chain teams to eliminate delivery bottlenecks and optimize pricing.
Performance Frameworks: Introduce and implement robust KPI frameworks to continuously track, measure, and improve commercial performance.
Transformation & Innovation: Drive the transformation program across sales, deploying data-driven and AI-enabled insights to optimize product mix.
Partnership Management: Forge, strengthen, and manage high-level strategic partnerships and critical stakeholder relationships.
Cultural Leadership: Build and scale a high-performing commercial organization while mentoring teams to adopt accountability and collaboration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 5–7 years in senior commercial or general management roles within the power solutions or energy systems industry.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end P&L growth, transformation outcomes, and innovative commercial initiatives.
Strong knowledge of the power sector landscape, market trends, and B2B customer needs.
Inspirational leader with the presence and ability to engage effectively at the Board and C-suite level.
Strategic thinker balanced with a pragmatic, agile, and hands-on business execution style.
Highly entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and adept at leading organizations through major change and transformation.
