We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and experienced Chef De Partie to join one of the leading Catering companies in Saudi Arabia. 

Job Context:
The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen. This role requires an individual with excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The Chef de Partie ensures that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and contributes to the smooth operation of the kitchen. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your section.
  • Ensure that all food produced in your section is of the highest quality and meets the standards set by the Executive Chef.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Assist in training junior staff and apprentices, ensuring they understand the standards and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen sections to coordinate service.
  • Manage inventory levels for your section, ensuring that all ingredients are available for service.
  • Report any shortages or issues with stock to the Sous Chef.
  • Assist in ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of dishes prepared in your section.
  • Ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
  • Conduct regular checks on the freshness and quality of ingredients.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for new menu items.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new recipes.
  • Stay updated with current food trends and cooking techniques.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Proven experience of 3-5 Years as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
  • A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
