Requirements:
Strong experience in developing and executing strategic business development plans.
Extensive knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market, particularly in Makkah and the Holy Sites.
Strong understanding of Hajj and Umrah operational cycles, seasonality, and pilgrim service requirements.
Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Strong expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
Experience in developing and presenting business proposals and investment cases to senior leadership.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
