As a Business Analystyou will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Analyzing business processes and operational procedures to identify suitable areas for digital transformation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that outline the functionalities and specifications of digital solutions.
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure precise implementation of requirements.
  • Utilizing the Figma platform to design application interfaces, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Support and guide the development team throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
  • Preparing and presenting reports.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and business analysis.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects and business automation.
  • More than 3 years of experience in the same field of process and procedure design.
  • Experience in Lean management.
  • Proficiency in business requirements documentation and creating BRDs.
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
  • Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Understand customer behavior and expectations and continuously strive to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Capability to utilize various technological aspects acquired through experience and learning in production and daily work activities.
  • Work collaboratively and positively with others to achieve common goals, treating others with dignity and respect while maintaining a friendly approach and appreciating the contributions of others.
  • Ability to respond efficiently and effectively when facing obstacles by identifying and analyzing issues and root causes to make timely decisions, aiming to achieve the organization's vision and strategy.
  • Ability to apply appropriate methodologies and tools to manage the business data collection process, analyze it to present facts and data related to specific topics or issues, and derive related conclusions and suggestions to assist in making important decisions.
  • Ability to analyze situations and apply critical thinking to resolve problems, decide on work paths, and implement developed solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Suggest choices among possible alternative actions while managing different levels of risk and ambiguity.
  • Ability to train and develop individuals through consistent and constructive feedback to strengthen their skills for higher efficiency and optimal performance.
  • Assign responsibilities to suitable individuals to maximize the use of their skills and expand opportunities for achieving outstanding results.
  • Adopt digital technology to transform services or business operations by replacing non-digital or manual processes with digital processes, or upgrading old digital technology to the latest digital technologies.
  • Plan, Execute , monitor , and complete projects while ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications.
  • Experience and expertise in utilizing business analysis techniques and necessary tools to maximize information benefits.
  • Develop mature systems, procedures, and policies for applications to enhance the efficiency of various functions. Ability to develop program planning skills and communicate with suppliers in all updates, new applications, and application installations to align with departmental needs and management expectations.
  •   Provide high-quality technical support services according to approved procedures, offering periodic or on-demand maintenance services for applications.
